目的 探討祛風(fēng)止痛膠囊聯(lián)合硫酸羥氯喹治療類(lèi)風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2022年1月-2022年12月天津中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院收治的80例類(lèi)風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組(40例)和治療組(40例)。對(duì)照組患者口服硫酸羥氯喹片,0.2 g/次,2次/d。在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上,治療組口服祛風(fēng)止痛膠囊,6粒/次,2次/d。兩組服藥14周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效,比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀改善時(shí)間,關(guān)節(jié)疼痛和生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分,及紅細(xì)胞沉降率(ESR)、血清類(lèi)風(fēng)濕因子(RF)、白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)、抗環(huán)瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗體水平。結(jié)果 治療后,治療組患者總有效率(97.51%)明顯高于對(duì)照組(80.03%,P<0.05)。治療后,治療組關(guān)節(jié)晨僵、腫脹、疼痛、活動(dòng)受限緩解時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者疼痛視覺(jué)模擬疼痛(VAS)評(píng)分明顯降低,而生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分量表(SF-36)評(píng)分明顯升高(P<0.05),且治療組VAS和SF-36評(píng)分明顯好于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組IL-6、ESR、RF、抗CCP抗體水平均明顯降低(P<0.05),且治療組明顯低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 祛風(fēng)止痛膠囊聯(lián)合硫酸羥氯喹治療類(lèi)風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎效果確切,對(duì)關(guān)節(jié)晨僵腫脹等癥狀緩解有效,并能降低關(guān)節(jié)炎性反應(yīng),減弱類(lèi)風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)疼痛狀態(tài),患者生活質(zhì)量較好。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Qufeng Zhitong Capsules combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Patients (80 cases) with rheumatoid arthritis in Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of TCM from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into control (40 cases) and treatment (40 cases) group according to random number table method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets, 0.2 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qufeng Zhitong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 6 grains/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the improvement time of symptom, the scores of oint pain and quality of life, and the levels of IL-6, ESR, RF, and anti-CCP antibody in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group (97.51%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.03%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the relief time of morning stiffness, swelling, pain and movement restriction in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS score was significantly decreased, while the SF-36 score was significantly increased in two groups (P < 0.05), and the scores of VAS, and SF-36 in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, ESR, RF, and anti-CCP antibodies in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group was significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qufeng Zhitong Capsules combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate is effective in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, can relieve symptoms such as morning stiffness and swelling, and can reduce joint inflammatory reaction and rheumatoid joint pain, and the quality of life of patients is better.
