目的 探討清宣止咳顆粒聯(lián)合鹽酸多西環(huán)素片治療兒童支原體肺炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年8月—2023年3月張家口市婦幼保健院收治的116例肺炎支原體肺炎患兒，根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法將116例患兒分為對照組和治療組，每組各58例。對照組口服鹽酸多西環(huán)素片，2.2 mg/kg，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上溫水沖服清宣止咳顆粒，3次/d，2～3歲：0.5袋/次，4～6歲：0.75袋/次，7歲及以上：1袋/次。兩組患兒連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的患兒癥狀體征的消失時間、用力肺活量（FVC）、呼氣峰值流速（PEF）、最大呼氣中期流量（MMEF）、C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、血沉（ESR）、乳酸脫氫酶（LDH）、降鈣素（CT）。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為94.83%，明顯高于對照組的總有效率82.76%，組間差異顯著（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組患兒的咳嗽消失時間、肺部啰音消失時間、肺部炎癥完全吸收時間均明顯短于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組的FVC、PEF、MMEF高于治療前（P＜0.05），且治療組的FVC、PEF、MMEF高于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清CRP、ESR、LDH、CT水平顯著降低（P＜0.05），且治療組的血清CRP、ESR、LDH、CT水平明顯低于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 宣止咳顆粒聯(lián)合鹽酸多西環(huán)素片治療兒童支原體肺炎的療效良好，可改善臨床癥狀和肺通氣功能，顯著減輕炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingxuan Zhike Granules combined with Doxycycline Hyclate Tablets in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods Children (116 cases) with mycoplasma pneumonia in Zhangjiakou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2020 to March 2023 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 58 cases. Children in the control group were po administered with Doxycycline Hyclate Tablets, 2.2 mg/kg, once daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Qingxuan Zhike Granules on the basis of the control group, three times daily, 2 — 3 years old: 0.5 bags/time, 4 — 6 years old: 0.75/time, and 7 years old and above: 1 bag/time. Children in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the disappearance times of symptoms and signs, FVC, PEF, MMFF, CRP, ESR, LDH, and CT in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of 94.83% in the treatment group was significantly higher than 82.76% in the control group, with significant differences between groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the cough disappearance time, lung rale disappearance time, and complete absorption time of lung inflammation in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, FVC, PEF, and MMEF of the treatment group were higher than before treatment (P < 0.05), and FVC, PEF, and MMEF of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of CRP, ESR, LDH, and CT in two groups were significantly decreased (P< 0.05), and the levels of CRP, ESR, LDH and CT in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qingxuan Zhike Granules combined with Doxycycline Hyclate Tablets have good efficacy in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children, which can improve clinical symptoms and pulmonary ventilation function, significantly reduce inflammatory reactions.
