西紅花苷是西紅花中活性成分，具有多種藥理作用。西紅花苷具有出色的中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)保護(hù)作用，可以多維度、多途徑地改善中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的神經(jīng)功能，能抗抑郁、抗癲癇，對(duì)帕金森病、阿爾茨海默病、缺血性腦卒中、多發(fā)性硬化具有神經(jīng)保護(hù)作用。綜述了西紅花苷防治中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的研究進(jìn)展，以期提高西紅花苷在臨床治療中的轉(zhuǎn)化和應(yīng)用。

Crocin is an active ingredient in Croci Stigma, and has various pharmacological effects. Crocin has excellent protective effects on the central nervous system, which can improve the neurological function of central nervous system diseases in multiple dimensions and pathways. Crocin has anti-depression and anti-epilepsy, and has neuroprotective effects on Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, ischemic stroke, and multiple sclerosis. This article reviews the research progress of crocin in prevention and treatment of central nervous system diseases, hoping to improve the conversion and application of crocin in clinical treatment.
