目的 探討補血益母丸聯(lián)合甲羥孕酮治療藥物流產后陰道不規(guī)則出血的療效。方法 選取2021年2月—2023年2月?？谑械谒娜嗣襻t(yī)院收治的80例藥物流產后陰道不規(guī)則出血患者，隨機分為對照組（40例）和治療組（40例）。對照組患者口服醋酸甲羥孕酮片，4 mg/次，2次/d。在對照組的基礎上，治療組口服補血益母丸，12 g/次，2次/d。兩組患者服用7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者流產后陰道出血情況，子宮內膜厚度和子宮容積，孕酮（P）、促卵泡生成素（FSH）、人絨毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）、黃體生成素（LH）水平。結果 治療后，治療組臨床有效率為97.50%，明顯高于對照組有效率（85.03%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組陰道出血持續(xù)時間、陰道出血量均明顯少于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者子宮內膜厚度、子宮容積比治療前明顯增加（P＜0.05），且治療組患者子宮內膜厚度、子宮容積均優(yōu)于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組性激素HCG、FSH、P、LH水平比治療前明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組患者明顯低于對照組（P＜0.05）。結論 補血益母丸聯(lián)合甲羥孕酮治療藥物流產后陰道不規(guī)則出血效果確切，能有效改善陰道出血情況，并有效恢復子宮宮腔狀態(tài)，促進性激素水平調節(jié)。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Buxue Yimu Pills combined with medroxyprogesterone in treatment of irregular vaginal bleeding after medical abortion. Methods Patients (80 cases) with irregular vaginal bleeding after medical abortion in the Fourth People's Hospital of Haikou from February 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into control (40 cases) and treatment (40 cases) group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Medroxyprogesterone Acetate Tablets, 4 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Buxue Yimu Pills on the basis of the control group, 12 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the vaginal bleeding volume, endometrial thickness and uterine, HCG, FSH, P and LH levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.03%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the duration and volume of vaginal bleeding in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the endometrial thickness and uterine volume in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the endometrial thickness and uterine volume in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of HCG, FSH, P and LH in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The synergistic treatment of medroxyprogesterone and Buxue Yimu Pill has a definite effect, which can effectively improve the situation of vaginal bleeding, effectively restore the state of uterine cavity and promote the regulation of sex hormone level.
