目的 探討一清膠囊聯(lián)合復方硼砂含漱液治療慢性咽炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年1月—2022年12月上海市浦東新區(qū)周浦醫(yī)院收治的120例慢性咽炎患者，隨機分為對照組（60例）和治療組（60例）。對照組患者含漱復方硼砂含漱液，10 mL含漱液加5倍量的溫開水稀釋，一次含漱5 min后吐出，3次/d。在對照組的基礎上，治療組口服一清膠囊，2粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)用藥15 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時間，生活質(zhì)量評分，血管內(nèi)皮細胞黏附分子-1（VCAM-1）、表皮生長因子（EGF）、白細胞介素-1β（IL-1β）和白細胞介素-6（IL-6）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組臨床有效率（98.33%）明顯高于對照組（86.67%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組患者癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時間均早于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者心理功能、社會功能、軀體功能和物質(zhì)功能評分均明顯升高（P＜0.05），且治療組的生活質(zhì)量評分明顯高于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清炎性因子IL-6和IL-1β明顯降低，而VCAM-1和EGF水平明顯升高（P＜0.05），且治療組IL-6、IL-1β、VCAM-1和EGF水平均優(yōu)于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 復方硼砂含漱液聯(lián)合一清膠囊治療效果較好，可有效改善咽炎患者癥狀，減弱口腔內(nèi)炎性反應，提升患者的生活質(zhì)量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqing Capsules combined with Compound Borax Solution in treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods Patients (120 cases) with chronic pharyngitis in Shanghai Pudong New District Zhoupu Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control (60 cases) and treatment (60 cases) group. Patients in the control group were administered with Compound Borax Solution, 10 mL gargle diluted with 5 times amount of lukewarm water, gargle for 5 min at a time, then spit out, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yiqing Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 15 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the improvement time of symptom, quality of life scores, the levels of IL-6, IL-1β, VCAM-1 and EGF in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group (98.33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.67%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the time of symptom improvement in the treatment group was earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of psychological function, social function, physical function and material function in two groups were significantly increased compared the same group before treatment (P < 0.05), and the score of quality of life in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-6 and IL-1β were significantly decreased, while the levels of VCAM-1 and EGF were significantly increased in two groups (P< 0.05), and the levels of IL-6, IL-1β, VCAM-1 and EGF in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound Borax Solution combined with Yiqing Capsules has a good therapeutic effect, which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with pharyngitis, reduce oral inflammatory reaction and improve their quality of life.
