[摘要]
目的 探討再造生血膠囊聯(lián)合琥珀酸亞鐵治療氣血兩虛證型缺鐵性貧血的臨床效果。方法 選取2019年1月—2023年3月太和縣人民醫(yī)院收治的120例氣血兩虛缺鐵性貧血患者,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組(60例)和治療組(60例)。對(duì)照組口服琥珀酸亞鐵片,0.1 g/次,3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服再造生血膠囊,5粒/次,3次/d。兩組患者治療3個(gè)月。觀察兩組患者臨床療效,比較治療前后兩組鐵離子(SI)、血清鐵蛋白(SF)和血紅蛋白(HGB)水平及中醫(yī)證候積分。結(jié)果 治療后,治療組患者總有效率較對(duì)照組顯著升高(98.33% vs 88.33%,P<0.05)。治療后,兩組SI、SF及HGB水平顯著高于治療前(P<0.05),且治療組明顯高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組中醫(yī)證候積分顯著低于治療前(P<0.05),且治療組明顯低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 再造生血膠囊聯(lián)合琥珀酸亞鐵可有效提高氣血兩虛證型缺鐵性貧血患者鐵蛋白及血紅蛋白水平,以及改善此類患者中醫(yī)證候。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zaizao Shengxue Capsules combined with ferrous succinate in treatment of iron deficiency anemia of deficiency of both qi and blood. Methods Patients (120 cases) with iron deficiency anemia of deficiency of both qi and blood from January 2019 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control (60 cases) and treatment (60 cases) group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ferrous Succinate Tablets, 0.1 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Zaizao Shengxue Capsules on the basis of the control group, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, SI, SF and HGB levels, TCM syndrome scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (98.33% vs 88.33%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of SI, SF and HGB in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome score in two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Zaizao Shengxue Capsules combined with ferrous succinate can effectively improve the levels of ferritin and hemoglobin in patients with iron deficiency anemia of deficiency of both qi and blood, and improve the TCM syndrome.
