目的 探討小兒熱速清顆粒聯(lián)合奧司他韋治療兒童流行性感冒的臨床療效。方法 選取2023年1月—5月北京市通州區(qū)婦幼保健院收治的98例流感患兒，按隨機數(shù)字表法將所有患兒分為對照組和治療組，每組各49例。對照組患兒口服磷酸奧司他韋顆粒，體質(zhì)量≤15 kg者30 mg/次，15～23 kg者45 mg/次，23～40 kg者60 mg/次，＞40 kg者75 mg/次，均為2次/d，以溫開水溶解后口服。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服小兒熱速清顆粒，1～3歲者1袋/次，3～7歲者1.5袋/次，7～12歲者2袋/次，均為3次/d。兩組療程均為5 d。觀察兩組患兒臨床療效、完全退熱時間和流感樣癥狀消失時間。比較治療前后兩組兒童生活質(zhì)量量表4.0（Peds QLTM4.0）、90項癥狀自評量表（SCL-90）評分及血常規(guī)指標(biāo)和C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率是95.92%，顯著高于對照組的83.67%（P＜0.05）。治療組完全退熱時間和肌痛、頭痛、全身不適、咳嗽、咽喉痛的消失時間均顯著短于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組Peds QLTM4.0評分均顯著增加，而SCL-90評分均顯著降低（P＜0.05）；治療后，治療組患兒Peds QLTM4.0、SCL-90評分改善優(yōu)于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組淋巴細(xì)胞計數(shù)（LYMP#）均顯著增加，而中性粒細(xì)胞計數(shù)（NEUT#）、單核細(xì)胞計數(shù)（MONO#）和CRP水平均顯著下降（P＜0.05）；治療后，血常規(guī)指標(biāo)和CRP水平均以治療組改善更顯著（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 小兒熱速清顆粒聯(lián)合奧司他韋治療兒童流行性感冒效果確切，可迅速減輕癥狀，利于控制機體炎癥反應(yīng)、增強免疫力及改善患兒生活質(zhì)量和心理狀態(tài)，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiao’er Resuqing Granules combined with oseltamivir in treatment of influenza in children. Methods A total of 98 children with influenza treated in Beijing Tongzhou District maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. Children in control group were po administered with Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules, body weight ≤15 kg 30 mg/time, 15 — 23 kg 45 mg/time, 23 — 40 kg 60 mg/time, and ＞ 40 kg 75 mg/time, twice daily, Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules were dissolved in warm water and taken orally. Children in treatment group were po administered with Xiao’er Resuqing Granules on the basis of control group, 1 bag/time for 1 to 3 years old, 1.5 bags/time for 3 to 7 years old, 2 bags/time for 7 to 12 years old, 3 times daily. The treatment course of both groups was 5 d. The clinical effect, the time of complete fever remission and the time of disappearance of flu-like symptoms were observed in two groups. Quality of Life Scale 4.0 (Peds QLTM4.0), 90-item Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) scores, blood routine indexes and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.92%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.67%, P＜0.05). The complete remission time of fever and the disappearance time of myalgia, headache, general discomfort, cough and sore throat in treatment group were significantly shorter than those in control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, Peds QLTM4.0 was significantly increased in both groups, but SCL-90 score was significantly decreased in both groups (P＜0.05). After treatment, Peds QLTM4.0 and SCL-90 scores in treatment group were better than those in control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the lymphocyte count (LYMP#) was significantly increased, but the neutrophil count (NEUT#), monocyte count (MONO#) and CRP levels were significantly decreased in both groups (P＜0.05). After treatment, blood routine indexes and CRP levels were significantly improved in treatment group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Xiao’er Resuqing Granules combined with oseltamivir has a definite effect in treatment of influenza in children, can rapidly reduce symptoms, help control inflammation, enhance immunity and improve the life quality and psychological state of children, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
