目的 探討膽石利通片聯(lián)合茴三硫治療膽石癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年5月—2023年5月聊城市第二人民醫(yī)院收治的128例膽石癥患者，按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組（64例）和治療組（64例）。對(duì)照組口服茴三硫片，1片/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的治療基礎(chǔ)上口服膽石利通片，6片/次，3次/d。兩組治療30 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀緩解時(shí)間，膽囊壁厚度、膽囊容積、生活質(zhì)量及血清白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、核轉(zhuǎn)錄因子-κB（NF-κB）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）和瘦素（LEP）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為98.44%，明顯高于對(duì)照組（84.37%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組惡心嘔吐、腹脹、腹瀉、右上腹疼痛等緩解時(shí)間均明顯短于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者膽囊壁厚度、膽囊容積明顯降低，而生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分明顯升高（P＜0.05），且治療組的膽囊壁厚度、膽囊容積均明顯低于對(duì)照組，生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分明顯高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清炎性因子IL-6、NF-κB、TNF-α、LEP水平明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組明顯低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 茴三硫與膽石利通片協(xié)同治療效果確切，能有效緩解臨床癥狀，改善膽囊功能狀態(tài)。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danshi Litong Tablets combined with anethol trithione in treatment of cholelithiasis. Methods A total of 128 cholelithiasis patients admitted to Liaocheng Second People’s Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group (64 cases) and treatment group (64 cases) according to random number table method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Anethol Trithione Tablets, 1 tablet/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Danshi Litong Tablets on the basis of the control group, 6 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 30 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the time of symptom relief, the gallbladder wall thickness, gallbladder volume and quality of life, and the serological IL-6, NF-κB, TNF-α and LEP levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 98.44%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (84.37%, P＜0.05). After treatment, the relief time of nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, diarrhea and right upper abdominal pain in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the gallbladder wall thickness and gallbladder volume in two groups were significantly decreased, while the quality of life score was significantly increased (P＜0.05), and the gallbladder wall thickness and gallbladder volume in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05), the score of quality of life in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-6, NFκB, TNF-α and LEP in two groups were significantly decreased (P＜0.05), which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The synergistic treatment of anethol trithione and Danshi Litong Tablets has a definite effect, which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms, improve gallbladder function.
