目的 探討鼻淵通竅顆粒聯(lián)合曲尼司特治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2021年8月—2023年5月青島市城陽區(qū)人民醫(yī)院收治的150例變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者，按隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組（75例）和治療組（75例）。對照組口服曲尼司特膠囊，1粒/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服鼻淵通竅顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組連服藥8周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀改善時間，血清水通道蛋白5（AQP5）、白細胞介素-4（IL-4）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）和細胞間黏附因子-1（ICAM-1）水平及生活質(zhì)量（RQLQ）評分。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為97.33%，明顯高于對照組（86.67%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組出現(xiàn)的鼻塞、噴嚏、鼻癢、流涕等癥狀改善時間均早于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清AQP5、IL-4、TNF-α、ICAM-1水平明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組患者這些血清因子水平明顯低于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組RQLQ評分均明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組評分明顯低于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 鼻淵通竅顆粒聯(lián)合曲尼司特治療治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎可明顯改善癥狀，促進機體炎性反應(yīng)減弱，患者生活質(zhì)量明顯提升。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Biyuan Tongqiao Granules combined with tranilast in treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 150 patients with allergic rhinitis treated in Qingdao Chengyang People’s Hospital from August 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group (75 cases) and treatment group (75 cases) according to random number table method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Tranilast Capsules, 1 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Biyuan Tongqiao Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the time of symptom relief, serological AQP5, IL-4, TNF-α and ICAM-1 levels, and the scores of RQLQ in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 97.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.67%, P＜0.05). After treatment, the symptoms relief time of nasal congestion, sneezing, nasal itching and runny nose in the treatment group were improved earlier than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of AQP5, IL-4, TNF-α and ICAM-1 in two groups significantly decreased (P＜0.05), and the levels of these serum factors in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the RQLQ score of the two groups was significantly decreased (P＜0.05), and which in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Biyuan Tongqiao Granules combined with tranilast can significantly improve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis, promote the weakening of organic inflammatory response, and improve the life quality of patients.
