目的 探討新癀片聯(lián)合奧硝唑治療急性智齒冠周炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年1月—2022年7月天津市第三中心醫(yī)院分院收治的130例急性智齒冠周炎患者，隨機(jī)分對(duì)照組（65例）和治療組（65例）。對(duì)照組口服奧硝唑片，2片/次，3次/d。在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上，治療組口服新癀片，3片/次，3次/d。兩組患者連服藥14 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間，牙齦值數(shù)評(píng)分量表（GI）評(píng)分，血清炎性因子基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）和白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為98.46%，明顯高于對(duì)照組的總有效率（84.62%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間明顯早于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組GI評(píng)分明顯低于治療前（P＜0.05），且治療組明顯低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清炎性因子IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-2水平明顯低于治療前（P＜0.05），且治療組明顯低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 奧硝唑與新癀片協(xié)同治療急性智齒冠周炎，可有效改善臨床癥狀，促進(jìn)牙齦炎性反應(yīng)減弱。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xinhuang Tablets combined with ornidazole in treatment of acute pericoronitis of wisdom teeth. Methods Patients (130 cases) with acute pericoronitis of wisdom teeth in the Branch of Tianjin Third Central Hospital from January 2019 to July 2022 were randomly divided into control (65 cases) and treatment (65 cases) group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ornidazole Tablets, 2 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xinhuang Tablets on the basis of the control group, 3 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluations was evaluated, the time of symptom relief, GI scores, serological IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α and MMP-2 levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 98.46%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (84.62%, P＜ 0.05). After treatment, the time of symptom improvement in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the GI score in two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment (P＜ 0.05), and which in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜ 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α and MMP-2 in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜ 0.05), and the factors levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The synergistic treatment of Xinhuang Tablets and ornidazole is effective in improving clinical symptoms, and which can promote the weakening of gingival inflammatory response.
