骨質(zhì)疏松已是全球健康問題,因此尋找安全、有效、不良反應(yīng)少的抗骨質(zhì)疏松癥藥物是社會(huì)所關(guān)注的問題。環(huán)烯醚萜類化合物在植物界分布較廣,具有多種藥理活性。環(huán)烯醚萜類化合物可通過多種途徑促進(jìn)成骨功能、抑制破骨功能,發(fā)揮抗骨質(zhì)疏松作用。歸納了環(huán)烯醚萜類化合物抗骨質(zhì)疏松癥的作用機(jī)制,為開發(fā)新型抗骨疏松癥藥物提供參考。

Osteoporosis is a global health issue, and finding safe, effective, and low adverse reaction anti-osteoporosis drugs is a social concern. Iridoids are widely available in various plants, and have multiple pharmacological effects. Iridoids can promote osteogenic function, inhibit osteoclast function, and exert anti-osteoporosis effects through various pathways. This article summarizes the mechanism of action of iridoids against osteoporosis, providing reference for the development of new anti-osteoporosis drugs.
