[摘要]
目的 建立采用抑制電導(dǎo)離子色譜法測(cè)定醋酸鈣顆粒中鈣離子的方法。方法 采用Dionex IonPacTM CS12A色譜柱(250 mm×4 mm),Dionex IonPacTM CG12A保護(hù)柱(50 mm×4 mm),以0.02 mol/L甲烷磺酸溶液為洗脫液,體積流量1.0 mL/min,柱溫30 ℃,檢測(cè)池溫度35 ℃,電導(dǎo)檢測(cè)器,抑制器為Dionex CDRS 600 4 mm,電流值59 mA,進(jìn)樣體積為25 μL。結(jié)果 鈣在0.002~6.000 μg/mL線性關(guān)系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率為104.6%,RSD值為1.8%。結(jié)論 方法簡(jiǎn)單、專(zhuān)屬性高、準(zhǔn)確可靠,能夠有效地控制醋酸鈣顆粒中鈣離子。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a method of ion chromatography-suppressed conductivity to determine calcium ion in Calcium Acetate Granules.Methods The assay was performed on Dionex IonPacTM CS12A column (250 mm × 4 mm) with Dionex IonPacTM CG12A column (50 mm × 4 mm) as guard column. Mobile phase was used as 0.02 mol/L methanesulfonic acid solution. Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, column temperature was 30 ℃, and detecting pool temperature was 35 ℃. Conductivity detector was used with CDRS 600 4 mm as suppressor, current value was 59 mA, and injection volume was 25 μL. Results Calcium showed good linear relationships of 0.002 -6.000 μg/mL (r=0.999 7), whose average recovery was 104.6% with RSD values of 1.8%. Conclusion The method is simple, highly specific, accurate and reliable, and can effectively control calcium ion in Calcium Acetate Granules.
