目的 觀察金蟬止癢膠囊聯(lián)合復(fù)方甘草酸苷片治療蕁麻疹的臨床療效。方法 回顧性選擇2021年5月—2023年5月河南中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院收治的100例蕁麻疹患者，隨機分為對照組（50例）和治療組（50例）。對照組患者口服復(fù)方甘草酸苷片，3片/次，3次/d。在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上，治療組口服金蟬止癢膠囊，6粒/次，3次/d。兩組連續(xù)服藥30 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀恢復(fù)時間，生活質(zhì)量評分（CU-Q2oL）和蕁麻疹發(fā)作次數(shù)。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組臨床總有效率為98.00%，明顯高于對照組總有效率（82.00%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組癥狀緩解時間均明顯早于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者CU-Q2oL評分和蕁麻疹發(fā)作次數(shù)比治療前明顯減少（P＜0.05），且治療組明顯低于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 金蟬止癢膠囊與復(fù)方甘草酸苷協(xié)同治療效果確切，能有效緩解臨床癥狀，并能有效減弱機體炎性反應(yīng)，明顯提高患者生活質(zhì)量。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in treatment of urticaria. Methods Patients (100 cases) with urticaria in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of CM from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control (50 cases) and treatment (50 cases) group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets, 3 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules on the basis of the control group, 6 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 30 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the symptom relief time, CU-Q2oL scores and the frequency of urticaria attacks in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 98.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (82.00%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the time of symptom relief in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P< 0.05). After treatment, the CU-Q2oL score and the frequency of urticaria in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The synergistic treatment effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets and Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules is definite, which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms, and can effectively reduce the body inflammatory response, significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
