目的 探討暖宮孕子丸聯(lián)合炔雌醇環(huán)丙孕酮治療多囊卵巢綜合征不孕癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2021年1月—2022年9月在亳州市人民醫(yī)院治療的多囊卵巢綜合征所致不孕患者88例，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組（44例）和治療組（44例）。對(duì)照組患者在月經(jīng)的第5天口服炔雌醇環(huán)丙孕酮片，1片/d，用藥21 d為1個(gè)療程，后停止用藥，直至下次月經(jīng)的第5天開(kāi)始下一個(gè)療程，共治療3個(gè)療程。在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上，治療組患者口服暖宮孕子丸，在月經(jīng)的第5天開(kāi)始服用，8丸/次，3次/d，用藥12 d為1個(gè)療程，后停止用藥，直至下次月經(jīng)的第5天開(kāi)始下一個(gè)療程，共治療3個(gè)療程。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者中醫(yī)癥候積分，激素促黃體生成素（LH）、睪酮（T）和LH/促卵泡激素（FSH）水平，及自然妊娠率和早期流產(chǎn)率。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為93.18%，明顯高于對(duì)照組的77.27%（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的腰酸腿軟、畏寒肢冷評(píng)分明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組的降低幅度明顯大于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者LH、T和FSH水平均明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組的降低幅度大于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組自然妊娠率明顯高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 暖宮孕子丸聯(lián)合炔雌醇環(huán)丙孕酮治療多囊卵巢綜合征所致不孕有較好的臨床療效，可改善患者的臨床癥狀以及激素水平，增加自然妊娠率。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Nuangong Yunzi Pills combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate in treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods A total of 88 infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in Bozhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group (44 cases) and treatment group (44 cases) by random number table method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets on the fifth day of menstruation, 1 tablet/d, 21 days of medicine as a course of treatment, and then stopped until the fifth day of the next menstruation to start the next course, the treatment was a total of 3 courses. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Nuangong Yunzi Pills on the basis of the control group from the fifth day of menstruation, 8 pills/time, three times daily, 12 days of medicine as a course of treatment, and then stopped until the fifth day of the next menstruation to start the next course, the treatment was a total of 3 courses. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores, the levels of hormone LH, T and LH/FSH, and natural pregnancy rate and early abortion rate in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93.18%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.27%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of lumbar sore legs and soft legs, fear of cold and cold limbs in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the decrease in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of LH, T and FSH in two groups were significantly decreased, and the decrease in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the natural pregnancy rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Nuangong Yunzi Pills combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate has a good clinical effect in treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome, which can improve the clinical symptoms and hormone levels and increase the natural pregnancy rate.
