目前,腫瘤的臨床治療主要以手術(shù)、化療和放射療法為主,但仍存在復(fù)發(fā)和不良反應(yīng)明顯等問題。細胞藥物遞送系統(tǒng)不僅可以避免納米顆粒藥物的毒性,又可以增加藥物的生物利用度,提高生物相容性、靶向性??偨Y(jié)了活細胞、死細胞、外泌體及其藥物遞送系統(tǒng)的載藥特點和在腫瘤治療中的應(yīng)用,為腫瘤治療提供了更多的治療手段。

At present, the treatment of tumors is mainly based on surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy, but there are still problems, such as recurrence and obvious side effects. Cell drug delivery system can not only avoid the toxicity of nanoparticle drugs, but also increase the bioavailability of drugs as well as improve biocompatibility and targeting. This article summarizes the drug loading characteristics of living cells, dead cells, exosomes, and their drug delivery systems, as well as their applications in tumor treatment, providing more therapeutic methods for tumor treatment.
