[摘要]
冠狀動脈微血管病是諸多心血管事件的高風(fēng)險因素，發(fā)病率高，診斷率低，病因復(fù)雜，并且現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)尚缺乏針對冠狀動脈微血管病的特效治療藥物。通心絡(luò)膠囊被廣泛用于治療微血管性心絞痛、心臟X綜合征、經(jīng)皮冠狀動脈介入治療術(shù)后心絞痛、冠狀動脈無復(fù)流、冠狀動脈慢血流，其作用機制與保護冠狀動脈微血管內(nèi)皮細胞、改善血管內(nèi)皮功能、抑制炎癥反應(yīng)、改善冠狀動脈微循環(huán)等途徑密切相關(guān)?？偨Y(jié)了通心絡(luò)膠囊治療不同類型冠狀動脈微血管病的臨床療效及其作用機制的研究進展，以期為通心絡(luò)膠囊的臨床應(yīng)用和冠狀動脈微血管病的治療提供參考。

Coronary microvascular disease is a high risk factor for many cardiovascular events, with high incidence rate, low diagnostic rate and complex etiology. Modern medicine still lacks specific therapeutic drugs for coronary microvascular disease. Tongxinluo Capsules are widely used in treatment of microvascular angina, cardiac syndrome X, postoperative angina after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), coronary artery no reflow, and slow coronary flow. Its mechanism of action is closely related to the protection of coronary microvascular endothelial cells, improvement of endothelial function, inhibition of inflammatory response, and improvement of coronary microcirculation. This article summarizes the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of Tongxinluo Capsules in treatment of different types of coronary microvascular diseases, providing reference for the clinical application of Tongxinluo Capsules and the treatment of coronary microvascular diseases.
