目的 探討地奧心血康膠囊聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀治療穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的療效。方法 選取2021年3月—2023年3月在蕪湖市第一人民醫(yī)院治療的穩(wěn)定型心絞痛患者136例，采用隨機數(shù)表法將136例患者分為對照組（68例）和治療組（68例）。對照組口服阿托伐他汀鈣片，20 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服地奧心血康膠囊，2粒/次，3次/d。所有患者均治療4周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者中醫(yī)癥狀積分、總膽固醇、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇（LDL-C）、非高密度脂蛋白膽固醇（non-HDL-C）、C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細胞介素-1β（IL-1β）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組總有效率為80.88%，明顯低于治療組（92.65%，P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組氣短、胸痛、心悸、胸悶積分顯著降低（P＜0.05），且治療組中醫(yī)癥狀積分低于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組總膽固醇、LDL-C、non-HDL-C、CRP、TNF-α、IL-1β水平明顯低于治療前（P＜0.05），且治療組的降低幅度大于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 地奧心血康膠囊聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀治療穩(wěn)定型心絞痛安全有效，可顯著改善患者的血脂水平和炎癥狀態(tài)，是臨床治療穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的有效方案。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Di'ao Xinxuekang Capsules combined with atorvastatin in treatment of stable angina pectoris. Methods Patients (136 cases) with stable angina pectoris in the First People's Hospital of Wuhu from March 2021 to March 2023 were divided into control (68 cases) and treatment (68 cases) group by random number table method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets, 20 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Di'ao Xinxuekang Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the levels of TCM symptom scores, total cholesterol, LDL-C, non-HDL-C, CRP, TNF-α and IL-1β in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the control group was 80.88%, which was significantly lower than that of the treatment group (92.65%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of shortness of breath, chest pain, palpitation and chest tightness in the two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of total cholesterol, LDL-C, non-HDL-C, CRP, TNF-α and IL-1β in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the decrease in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Di'ao Xinxuekang Capsules combined with atorvastatin is safe and effective in treatment of stable angina pectoris, which can significantly improve the patient's blood lipid levels and inflammatory status, which is an effective clinical treatment for stable angina pectoris.
