目的 探討活心丸聯(lián)合鹽酸伊伐布雷定片治療穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2021年4月—2023年5月來賓市興賓區(qū)人民醫(yī)院收治的102例穩(wěn)定型心絞痛患者，按照隨機數(shù)字表將患者分為對照組（51例）和治療組（51例）。對照組口服鹽酸伊伐布雷定片，1片/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服活心丸，2丸/次，2次/d。治療8周分析治療效果。比較兩組的總有效率、心絞痛癥狀、冠狀動脈血管狹窄程度和血清指標。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為94.12%，對照組的總有效率為80.39%，組間差異明顯（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的心絞痛發(fā)作頻率、疼痛持續(xù)時間、視覺模擬評分法（VAS）評分、Gensini評分均顯著降低（P＜0.05）；治療組的心絞痛發(fā)作頻率、疼痛持續(xù)時間、VAS評分、Gensini評分低于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清氧化性低密度脂蛋白受體-1（LOX-1）、高遷移率族蛋白1（HMGB1）水平低于治療前，血清可溶性晚期糖基化終末產(chǎn)物受體（SRAGE）水平高于治療前（P＜0.05）；治療組的血清LOX-1、HMGB1水平低于對照組，血清SRAGE水平高于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 活心丸聯(lián)合鹽酸伊伐布雷定片可提高穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的臨床療效，減輕心絞痛癥狀、冠狀動脈狹窄程度和炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huoxin Pills combined with Ivabradine Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of stable angina pectoris. Methods Patients (102 cases) with stable angina pectoris in Xingbin District People's Hospital of Laibin City from April 2021 to May 2023 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ivabradine Hydrochloride Tablets, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huoxin Pills on the basis of the control group, 2 pills/time, twice daily. Therapeutic effect was evaluated after 8 weeks of treatment. The total effective rates, symptoms of angina pectoris, the degree of coronary stenosis, and the serum markers in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%, while the total effective rate of the control group was 80.39%, with a significant difference between the groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the frequency of angina attacks, the duration of pain, VAS score, and Gensini score in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the frequency of angina attacks, the duration of pain, VAS score, and Gensini score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of LOX-1 and HMGB1 in two groups were lower than before treatment, but serum levels of SRAGE in two groups were higher than before treatment (P < 0.05). The serum levels of LOX-1 and HMGB1 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, but the serum levels of SRAGE in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Huoxin Pills combined with Ivabradine Hydrochloride Tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of stable angina, alleviate symptoms of angina, reduce the degree of coronary artery stenosis, and inflammatory response.
