目的 探討王氏保赤丸聯(lián)合酪酸梭菌二聯(lián)活菌散治療嬰幼兒牛奶蛋白過敏性腹瀉的臨床療效。方法 回顧性選取2021年9月-2023年10月鄭州大學(xué)附屬兒童醫(yī)院收治的嬰幼兒牛奶蛋白過敏性腹瀉患兒112例,根據(jù)治療方式的不同分為對照組(56例)和治療組(56例)。對照組口服酪酸梭菌二聯(lián)活菌散,1袋/次,2次/d。在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上,治療組王氏保赤丸,6丸/次,1次/d。兩組連服藥7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效,比較治療前后兩組患者緩解癥狀時(shí)間,嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)(EOS)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、糞便中嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù),及血清腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)、干擾素-γ(INF-γ)、轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-β(TGF-β)、白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)水平。結(jié)果 治療后,治療組臨床總有效率為94.64%,明顯高于對照組(83.93%,P<0.05)。治療后,治療組癥狀緩解時(shí)間均明顯早于對照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者EOS、IgE、糞便EOS計(jì)數(shù)均明顯低于治療前(P<0.05),且治療組均明顯低于對照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者血清TGF-β、TNF-α、IL-6水平明顯低于治療前,而INF-γ水平明顯高于治療前(P<0.05),且治療組血清學(xué)水平明顯好于對照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 酪酸梭菌二聯(lián)活菌散與王氏保赤丸協(xié)同治療,可顯著緩解腹瀉癥狀,明顯提升患兒免疫能力,減弱炎性反應(yīng)狀態(tài)。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wang's Baochi Pills combined with Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium Powders in treatment of infantile milk protein allergic diarrhea. Methods A total of 112 infants with milk protein allergic diarrhea treated in Children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from September 2021 to October 2023 were selected retrospectively, and they were divided into control group (56 cases) and treatment group (56 cases) according to the different treatment methods. Patients in the control group were po administered with Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium Powders, 1 bag/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Wang's Baochi Pills on the basis of the control group, 6 pills/time, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the symptom relief time, IgE, EOS, and fecal EOS, and the levels of serum TGF-β, TNF-α, IL-6 and INF-γ in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 94.64%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.93%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the time of symptom relief in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the counts of EOS, IgE and fecal EOS in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TGF-β, TNF-α and IL-6 in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, but the level of INF- γwas significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the level of serology in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium Powders and Wangshi Baochi Pills can significantly relieve the symptoms of diarrhea, significantly improve the immune ability of children, and weaken the state of inflammatory reaction.
