目的 探討冰黃膚樂(lè)軟膏聯(lián)合卡泊三醇軟膏治療尋常型銀屑病的臨床療效。方法 選取2021年8月-2023年8月在太原市中心醫(yī)院治療的88例尋常型銀屑病患者,按照計(jì)算機(jī)隨機(jī)排列法將所有患者分為對(duì)照組(44例)和治療組(44例)。對(duì)照組外用卡泊三醇軟膏,每日早晚各1次。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上外用冰黃膚樂(lè)軟膏,3次/d。兩組患者的治療療程為8周。比較兩組的臨床療效、癥狀緩解時(shí)間、皮損狀態(tài)、皮膚情況和T淋巴細(xì)胞。結(jié)果 治療后,治療組的總有效率為93.18%,明顯高于對(duì)照組的總有效率77.27%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,治療組瘙癢、皮損、紅斑丘疹緩解時(shí)間明顯比對(duì)照組短(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組的銀屑病面積與嚴(yán)重性指數(shù)(PASI)評(píng)分、真皮淺層血管數(shù)量、棘層厚度、Th1、Th1/Th2比治療前小,輔助性T細(xì)胞(Th)2比治療前大(P<0.05),治療組皮損狀態(tài)、皮膚情況和T淋巴細(xì)胞優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 冰黃膚樂(lè)軟膏聯(lián)合卡泊三醇軟膏可提高尋常型銀屑病的治療效果,緩解臨床癥狀,改善皮膚狀態(tài),調(diào)節(jié)Th1/Th2平衡。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Binghuang Fule Ointment combined with Calcipotriol Ointment in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Patients (88 cases) with psoriasis vulgaris in Taiyuan Central Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the computer random arrangement method, and each group had 44 cases. Patients in the control group was given topical Calcipotriol Ointment, once in the morning and once in the evening every day. Patients in the treatment group were topical application of Binghuang Fule Ointment on the basis of the control group, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacies, the symptom relief time, skin condition, skin condition, and T lymphocytes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.18%, significantly higher than 77.27% of the control group of, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After treatment, the relief time for itching, skin lesions, and erythema and papules in the treatment group was significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the PASI scores, the number of superficial dermal blood vessels, the thickness of the spinous layer, and the Th1 and Th1/Th2 levels of two groups were smaller than those before treatment, while the Th2 levels in two groups were higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05). And after treatment,the skin condition, skin condition, and T lymphocytes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Binghuang Fule Ointment and Calcipotriol Ointment can improve the therapeutic effect of psoriasis vulgaris, alleviate clinical symptoms, improve skin condition, and regulate Th1/Th2 balance
