目的 探討虎力散膠囊聯(lián)合雙醋瑞因膠囊治療膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的療效。方法 選取唐山市人民醫(yī)院在2021年2月-2023年1月收治的104例膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組(52例)和治療組(52例)。對照組口服雙醋瑞因膠囊,1粒/次,2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服虎力散膠囊,1粒/次,2次/d。兩組患者持續(xù)4周。比較兩組的臨床療效、患側(cè)癥狀、關(guān)節(jié)功能和血清指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療組的總有效率為92.31%,對照組的總有效率為76.92%,組間比較差異顯著(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組的數(shù)字疼痛量表(NRS)評分、晨僵時(shí)間、骨關(guān)節(jié)炎指數(shù)(WOMAC)評分以及血清血小板反應(yīng)蛋白-1(TSP-1)、白細(xì)胞介素(IL)-15、葡萄糖-6-磷酸異構(gòu)酶(GPI)水平低于治療前(P<0.05),且治療組各指標(biāo)均比對照組低(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎經(jīng)虎力散膠囊聯(lián)合雙醋瑞因膠囊治療,臨床療效進(jìn)一步提高,患者臨床癥狀明顯減輕,膝關(guān)節(jié)功能明顯好轉(zhuǎn),炎癥損傷得到減輕。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Hulisan Capsules combined with Diacerein Capsules in treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Patients (104 cases) with knee osteoarthritis in Tangshan People's Hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were divided into control group (52 case) and treatment group (52 case) according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Diacerein Capsules, 1 grain/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Hulisan Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1 grain/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies, symptoms on the affected side, joint function, and serum indicators in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 92.31% in the treatment group, and 76.92% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the NRS score, morning rigor time, the WOMAC score, and the serum levels of TSP-1, IL-15, and GPI of two groups were lower than before treatment (P < 0.05), and the indexes of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of treating knee osteoarthritis with the combination of Hulisan Capsules and Diacerein Capsules has been further improved, the patient's clinical symptoms have significantly alleviated, knee joint function has significantly improved, and inflammatory damage has been alleviated.<
