目的 探討骨康膠囊聯(lián)合骨肽片治療橈骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折的臨床療效。方法 選取十堰市太和醫(yī)院在2021年6月-2023年5月收治的橈骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折患者100例,按計(jì)算機(jī)隨機(jī)法將100例患者分為對(duì)照組(50例)和治療組(50例)。對(duì)照組患者口服骨肽片,2片/次,3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服骨康膠囊,4粒/次,3次/d。15 d為1個(gè)療程,持續(xù)治療3個(gè)療程。比較兩組的臨床療效、恢復(fù)情況、癥狀情況和血清指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后,治療組的總有效率高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(96.00% vs 82.00%,P<0.05)。治療后,治療組疼痛消失時(shí)間、腫脹消失時(shí)間和骨折愈合時(shí)間均比對(duì)照組短,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組疼痛評(píng)分、功能狀況評(píng)分、活動(dòng)范圍評(píng)分、握力評(píng)分,血清骨堿性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨鈣素(BGP)水平比治療前高,血清Ⅰ型膠原羧基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTX)水平比治療前低(P<0.05);治療組的癥狀情況和血清指標(biāo)均好于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 骨康膠囊聯(lián)合骨肽片可提高橈骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折的療效,促進(jìn)骨折愈合,減輕臨床癥狀,調(diào)節(jié)骨代謝。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Gukang Capsules combined with Ossotide Tablets in treatment of distal radial fractures. Methods Patients (100 cases) with distal radial fractures in Shiyan Taihe Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were divided into control and treatment groups according to computer randomization method, with each group 50 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ossotide Tablets, 2 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Gukang Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. One course was 15 d, and three courses were carried out. After treatment, the clinical efficacies, the recovery situation, symptom status, and serum indicators in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (96.00% vs 82.00%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the pain disappearance time, swelling disappearance time, and fracture healing time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of pain, functional status, range of motion, and grip strength, and the serum levels of BALP and BGP in two groups were increased, but the serum levels of β-CTX in two groups were decreased (P < 0.05). The symptom status, and serum indicators in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Gukang Capsules combined with Ossotide Tablets can improve the curative effect of distal radius fracture, promote fracture healing, reduce clinical symptoms, and regulate bone metabolism.
