目的 探討女珍顆粒聯(lián)合唑吡坦治療圍絕經(jīng)期肝腎陰虛型失眠癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2021年1月—2023年3月河南中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院腦病科收治的失眠癥患者100例，隨機分為對照組（50例）和治療組（50例）。對照組患者睡前口服酒石酸唑吡坦片，10 mg/次，1次/d。在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上，治療組患者口服女珍顆粒，6 g/次，3次/d。兩組治療7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀緩解時間，睡眠質(zhì)量評定量表（SPIEGEL）評分和生活質(zhì)量評估量表（QOL）評分，及血清白細胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、腦膠質(zhì)性神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子（GDNF）、激素皮質(zhì)醇（COR）和5-羥色胺（5-HT）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組臨床總有效率為98.00%，明顯高于對照組（84.00%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組癥狀緩解時間均明顯早于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者SPIEGEL評分比治療前明顯降低，而QOL評分明顯升高（P＜0.05），且治療組評分明顯好于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清GDNF和5-HT水平明顯升高，而COR和IL-1β水平明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組血清因子水平明顯好于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 女珍顆粒聯(lián)合唑吡坦治療圍絕經(jīng)期肝腎陰虛型失眠癥能促進深度睡眠，使炎性反應(yīng)減弱，有效提升生活質(zhì)量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Nuzhen Granules with zolpidem tartrate in treatment of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney. Methods Patients (100 cases) with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control (50 cases) and treatment (50 cases) group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Zolpidem Tartrate Tablets, 10 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Nuzhen Granules on the basis of the control group, 6 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the symptom relief time, the scores of SPIEGEL and QOL, and the levels of GDNF, 5-HT, COR and IL-1β in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 98.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (84.00%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the time of symptom relief in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the SPIEGEL score in two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, while the QOL score was significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of GDNF and 5-HT were significantly increased, while the levels of COR and IL-1β were significantly decreased in two groups (P < 0.05), and the level of serum factors in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nuzhen Granules with zolpidem tartrate in treatment of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney can promote deep sleep, weaken inflammatory reaction and effectively improve the quality of life.
