目的 探討屏風(fēng)生脈膠囊聯(lián)合單硝酸異山梨酯片治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2022年1月—2023年6月河池市宜州區(qū)人民醫(yī)院共計(jì)120例冠心病心絞痛患者，以計(jì)算機(jī)隨機(jī)排列法分為對(duì)照組（60例）和治療組（60例）。對(duì)照組口服單硝酸異山梨酯片，1片/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服屏風(fēng)生脈膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組治療1個(gè)月。觀察兩組的心絞痛和心電圖療效，比較兩組的心絞痛癥狀、心功能指標(biāo)、血清指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的心絞痛總有效率比對(duì)照組高，差異顯著（93.33% vs 80.00%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組心電圖總有效率比對(duì)照組高，差異顯著（85.00% vs 70.00%，P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組疼痛程度、持續(xù)時(shí)間、發(fā)作頻率顯著降低（P＜0.05），治療組的心絞痛癥狀低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的射血分?jǐn)?shù)（EF）、心指數(shù)（CI）、每搏輸出量（SV）比治療前大（P＜0.05），治療組的EF、CI、SV比對(duì)照組大（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清肌鈣蛋白Ⅰ（cTnI）、心型脂肪酸結(jié)合蛋白（H-FABP）、腫瘤壞死因子受體相關(guān)因子6（TRAF6）、脂蛋白磷脂酶A2（Lp-PLA2）水平比治療前?。?i>P＜0.05），治療組的血清指標(biāo)比對(duì)照組?。?i>P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 冠心病心絞痛患者經(jīng)屏風(fēng)生脈膠囊聯(lián)合單硝酸異山梨酯治療，明顯提高心絞痛和心電圖療效，降低心絞痛癥狀，改善心功能，降低心肌炎癥損傷。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pingfeng Shengmai Capsules combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Patients (120 cases) with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in the People’s Hospital Yizhou from January 2022 to June 2023 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the computer random arrangement method, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Pingfeng Shengmai Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the efficacies of angina pectoris and electrocardiographic were evaluated, and the angina pectoris pain symptoms, cardiac function indicators, and serum indicators in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of angina pectoris in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, with a significant difference (93.33% vs 80.00%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of electrocardiogram in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, with a significant difference (85.00% vs 70.00%, P < 0.05). After treatment, pain degree, duration, and frequency in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the angina pectoris symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, EF, CI, and SV in two groups were higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and EF, CI, and SV in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The serum levels of cTnI, H-FABP, TRAF6, and Lp-PLA2 in two groups were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the serum indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Pingfeng Shengmai Capsules combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets can significantly improve the efficacy of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram, reduce the symptoms of angina pectoris, improve heart function and reduce myocardial inflammation.
