目的 探討神曲消食口服液聯(lián)合乳酸菌素片治療小兒功能性消化不良的臨床療效。方法 選取2022年4月—2023年6月北京市大興區(qū)人民醫(yī)院收治的104例功能性消化不良患兒，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)表法將患兒分為對照組（52例）和治療組（52例）。對照組嚼服乳酸菌素片，患兒＜5歲，0.4 g/次；患兒≥5歲，0.8 g/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服神曲消食口服液，患兒＜5歲，5 mL/次；患兒≥5歲，10 mL/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效和中醫(yī)癥狀改善時(shí)間，比較兩組治療前后功能性消化不良生存質(zhì)量量表（FDDQL）評分及血清胃動素、神經(jīng)肽Y水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為96.15%，顯著高于對照組的84.62%（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組食少納呆、脘腹痞悶、脘腹脹痛的改善時(shí)間均顯著短于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組FDDQL評分均高于治療前（P＜0.05）；且治療組的FDDQL評分高于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組胃動素、神經(jīng)肽Y水平均高于治療前（P＜0.05）；且治療后，治療組胃動素、神經(jīng)肽Y水平高于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 神曲消食口服液聯(lián)合乳酸菌素片治療小兒功能性消化不良具有較好的治療效果，可改善患兒的中醫(yī)癥狀、生活質(zhì)量及消化功能，并增加患兒食欲，且無明顯不良反應(yīng)。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid combined with lacidophilin in treatment of functional dyspepsia in children. Methods A total of 104 children with functional dyspepsia treated in Daxing District People's Hospital of Beijing from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group (52 cases) and treatment group (52 cases) by random number table method. Children in control group chewed Lacidophilin Tablets, children < 5 years old, 0.4 g/time, children ≥ 5 years old, 0.8 g/time, 3 times daily. Children in treatment group were po administered with Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid on the basis of control group, children < 5 years old, 5 mL/time, children ≥ 5 years old, 10 mL/time, 3 times daily. Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy and the improvement time of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of two groups were observed, and the scores of functional dyspepsia life Quality Scale (FDDQL), serum motilin and neuropeptide Y levels were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.15%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (84.62%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of food deficiency, abdominal fullness, and abdominal distension pain in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, FDDQL scores in both groups were higher than before treatment (P < 0.05). The FDDQL score of treatment group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of motilin and neuropeptide Y in two groups were higher than before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, motilin and neuropeptide Y levels in treatment group were higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid combined with lacidophilin has good clinical efficacy in treatment of functional dyspepsia in children, and can improve the TCM symptoms, life quality and digestive function of children, increase their appetite, which has no obvious adverse reactions.
