目的 探討金骨蓮膠囊聯(lián)合右旋酮洛芬氨丁三醇片治療風濕痹阻型類風濕關(guān)節(jié)炎的療效。方法 選取2022年1月—2022年12月山西醫(yī)科大學附屬運城市中心醫(yī)院收治的類風濕關(guān)節(jié)炎患者100例，根據(jù)治療方案不同將患者分為對照組（50例）和治療組（50例）。對照組患者口服右旋酮洛芬氨丁三醇片，12.5 mg/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服金骨蓮膠囊，5粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均持續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者中醫(yī)證候積分、腫脹關(guān)節(jié)數(shù)、壓痛關(guān)節(jié)數(shù)，及紅細胞沉降率（ESR）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）和白細胞介素-6（IL-6）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率顯著優(yōu)于對照組（98.00% vs 86.00%，P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者中醫(yī)證候積分、腫脹關(guān)節(jié)數(shù)、壓痛關(guān)節(jié)數(shù)及ESR、TNF-α、IL-6水平比治療前顯著降低（P＜0.05），且治療組明顯低于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 金骨蓮膠囊聯(lián)合右旋酮洛芬氨丁三醇片治療風濕痹阻型類風濕關(guān)節(jié)炎療效及安全性均較高，能有效降低患者炎性水平，減輕關(guān)節(jié)疼痛及改善中醫(yī)證候。

Objective To explore the treatment of Jingulian Capsules combined with Dexketoprofen Trometamol Tablets in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of rheumatic obstruction type. Methods Patients (100 cases) with rheumatoid arthritis of rheumatic obstruction type in Yuncheng Central Hospital affiliated to Shanxi Medical University from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into control (50 cases) and treatment (50 cases)group according different drug use. Patients in the control group were po administered with Dexketoprofen Trometamol Tablets, 12.5 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jingulian Capsule on the basis of the control group, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the TCM syndrome score, number of swollen joints and tender joints, the levels of ESR, TNF-α and IL-6 in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (98.00% vs 86.00%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndrome, the number of swollen joints, the number of tenderness joints and the levels of ESR, TNF-α and IL-6 in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Jingulian Capsules combined with Dexketoprofen Trometamol Tablets has high efficacy and safety in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, which can effectively reduce the inflammatory level of patients, reduce joint pain and improve TCM syndromes.
