目的 探討婦科斷紅飲膠囊聯(lián)合氨甲苯酸治療子宮異常出血的臨床療效。方法 選取2021年6月—2023年9月張家口市第一醫(yī)院收治的子宮異常出血患者90例，按隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組（45例）和治療組（45例）。對照組患者口服氨甲苯酸片，0.5 g/次，3次/d。在對照組的基礎上，治療組口服婦科斷紅飲膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者用藥8周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時間及雌二醇（E₂）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、孕酮（P）、黃體生成素（LH）、白細胞介素-6（IL-6）、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子（VEGF）、一氧化氮（NO）和腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為95.56%，明顯高于對照組（80.00%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時間均明顯早于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者E₂、FSH、P、LH、IL-6、NO和TNF-α水平比治療前明顯下降，而血清因子VEGF明顯高于治療前（P＜0.05），且治療組這些指標水平均明顯好于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 婦科斷紅飲膠囊與氨甲苯酸協(xié)同治療，可有效改善臨床癥狀，明顯轉(zhuǎn)好性激素水平，顯著降低機體炎性反應。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Fuke Duanhongyin Capsules combined with aminomethylbenzoic acid in treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods Patients (90 cases) with abnormal uterine bleeding in Zhangjiakou First Hospital from June 2021 to September 2023 were divided into control (45 cases) and treatment (45 cases) group according to random number table method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Aminomethylbenzoic Acid Tablets, 0.5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Fuke Duanhongyin Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the symptom relief time, and the levels of E₂, FSH, P, LH, NO, TNF-α, IL-6 and VEGF in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 95.56%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.00%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the time of symptoms improvement in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of E₂, FSH, P, LH, IL-6, NO, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, but the serum levels of factor VEGF were significantly higher (P < 0.05), these indicators levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The synergistic treatment of Fuke Duanhongyin Capsules and aminomethylbenzoic acid can effectively improve clinical symptoms, significantly improve the level of sex hormones and reduce the inflammatory response.
