[摘要]
目的 建立離子色譜法同時(shí)測(cè)定碳酸氫鈉林格注射液中鈉、鉀、鎂、鈣離子。方法Dionex IonPacTM CS12A色譜柱(250 mm×4 mm),Dionex IonPacTM CG12A保護(hù)柱(50 mm×4 mm),以12 mmol/L甲烷磺酸為淋洗液,體積流量為1.00 mL/min,進(jìn)樣體積為20 μL,檢測(cè)方式為電導(dǎo)檢測(cè),柱箱溫度為30 ℃。結(jié)果 鈉、鉀、鎂、鈣離子分別在6~120、6~120、1~20、2.4~48μg/mL與峰面積線(xiàn)性關(guān)系良好(r>0.999);平均回收率分別103.82%、99.75%、101.31%、98.92%,RSD值分別為0.91%、1.40%、1.85%、1.65%。結(jié)論 本實(shí)驗(yàn)耗時(shí)少,操作簡(jiǎn)單,大大提高了檢測(cè)效率,為碳酸氫鈉林格注射液中鈉、鉀、鎂、鈣陽(yáng)離子的檢測(cè)提供了一種新的方法。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium ions in Sodium Bicarbonate Ringer’s Injection. Methods Dionex IonPacTM CS12A (250 mm × 4 mm) column and Dionex IonPacTMCG12A (50 mm × 4 mm) protective column were used. Methanesulfonic acid solution (12 mmol/L) was used as eluent; the flow rate was 1.00 mL/min, the sample volume was 20 μL, the detection method was conductivity detection, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear relationship between the peak area of sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium ions was good (r > 0.999) in the concentration range of 6—120 μg/mL, 6—120 μg/mL, 1—20 μg/mL, and 2.4—48 μg/mL, respectively. The average recoveries were 103.82%, 99.75%, 101.31%, and 98.92% with RSD values of 0.91%, 1.40%, 1.85%, and 1.65%, respectively. Conclusion The method takes less time and is simple to operate, which greatly improves the detection efficiency and provides a new method for the detection of sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium cations in Sodium Bicarbonate Ringer’s Injection.
