目的 探討腦心通膠囊聯(lián)合甲磺酸二氫麥角堿緩釋片治療腦梗死恢復期的臨床療效。方法 選擇2022年1月—2022年12月江蘇省蘇北人民醫(yī)院收治的84例腦梗死恢復期患者，隨機分為對照組（42例）及治療組（42例）。對照組患者口服甲磺酸二氫麥角堿緩釋片，1片/次，2次/d。在對照組的基礎上，治療組口服腦心通膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者用藥治療30 d。比較治療前后兩組患者臨床療效、癥狀緩解時間及美國研究院卒中評分量表（NIHSS），日常生活活動能力評分量表（ADL）和Fugl-Meyer評分量表（FMA）評分。結果 治療后，治療組總有效率為95.24%，明顯高于對照組（80.95%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組癥狀緩解時間均明顯早于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者NIHSS評分明顯降低，而ADL評分和FMA評分明顯升高（P＜0.05），且治療組ADL、FMA和NIHSS評分明顯好于對照組（P＜0.05）。結論 甲磺酸二氫麥角堿緩釋片與腦心通膠囊協(xié)同治療，能有效緩解腦梗死患者癥狀，明顯恢復腦神經(jīng)缺損，提升日?；顒幽芰?。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Naoxintong Capsules combined with Dihydroergotoxine Methanesulfonate Sustained Release Tablets in treatment of recovery period of cerebral infarction. Methods Patients (84 cases) with recovery period of cerebral infarction in Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control (42 cases) and treatment (42 cases) group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Dihydroergotoxine Methanesulfonate Sustained Release Tablets, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Naoxintong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. All patients were treated for 30 d. The clinical evaluations, symptom relief time, the scores of ADL, NIHSS and FMA in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 95.24%, which was significantly higher than 80.95% of the control group ( P < 0.05). After treatment, the time of symptom relief in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, NIHSS score in two groups was significantly decreased, while ADL and FMA scores were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of Dihydroergotoxine Methanesulfonate Sustained Release Tablets and Naoxintong Capsules can effectively relieve the symptoms, obviously restore the brain nerve defect and improve the ability of daily activity.
