口服阿片類藥物主要用于中、重度癌痛的治療，隨著使用人群不斷增加，濫用問題日趨明顯。口服類阿片藥物濫用已成為國家藥監(jiān)部門重點關(guān)注問題。對典型口服阿片類藥物羥考酮及其復(fù)方制劑、曲馬多及其復(fù)方制劑、復(fù)方地芬諾酯片進行濫用和監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀分析，從不同層面展開思考，并提出建議，以期為我國口服阿片類藥物的監(jiān)管和合理用藥提供參考。

Oral opioid drugs are mainly used for treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain. With the increasing number of users, the abuse of oral opioid drugs is becoming increasingly apparent. The abuse of oral opioid drugs has become a key concern of the national drug regulatory authorities. This article analyzes the abuse and supervision of typical oral opioid drugs, such as hydroxycodone and its compound preparations, tramadol and its compound preparations, and Compound Diphenoxylate Tablets, and provides suggestions from different perspectives, hoping to provide reference for the regulation and rational use of oral opioid drugs in China.
