癌癥是現(xiàn)在臨床上導(dǎo)致死亡的主要原因。白花蛇舌草為茜草科耳草屬植物，在惡性腫瘤治療中應(yīng)用廣泛。白花蛇舌草可抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞增殖，誘導(dǎo)腫瘤細(xì)胞程序性死亡，抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞侵襲和遷移，抑制腫瘤血管生成，增加化療藥物敏感性，調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體免疫。綜述了白花蛇舌草抗腫瘤的作用機(jī)制研究進(jìn)展，以期為白花蛇舌草抗腫瘤的臨床應(yīng)用提供依據(jù)。

Cancer is currently the main cause of death in medical clinical practice. Hedyotis diffusa Willd. is a plant species belonging to the Hedyotis Linn. Rubiaceae family and is widely used in treatment of malignant tumors. Hedyotidis Diffusae Herba can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells, induce programmed cell death, inhibit the invasion and migration of tumor cells, inhibit tumor angiogenesis, increase chemotherapy drug sensitivity, and regulate the body's immune system. This article reviews the research progress on anti-tumor mechanism of Hedyotidis Diffusae Herba, in order to provide a basis for its clinical application in anti-tumor therapy.
