心肌梗死已成為威脅人類生命健康的主要心血管疾病之一。及時(shí)挽救瀕死心肌組織、減輕心肌細(xì)胞再缺血灌注損傷對(duì)改善心肌梗死患者預(yù)后具有重要臨床意義。丹參素是丹參中提取的水溶性酚性芳香酸類化合物，可通過抑制心肌纖維化、降低心肌細(xì)胞凋亡、改善心肌細(xì)胞代謝、降低炎癥反應(yīng)、減輕氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng)、改善血液流變學(xué)、促進(jìn)新血管形成以治療心肌梗死。綜述了丹參素治療心肌梗死的藥理作用研究進(jìn)展，歸納其作用機(jī)制，為丹參素治療心肌梗死的臨床應(yīng)用提供參考。

Myocardial infarction has become one of the main cardiovascular diseases threatening human life and health. Timely rescue of dying myocardial tissue and reduction of myocardial cell reperfusion injury are of great clinical significance for improving the prognosis of myocardial infarction patients. Danshensu is a water-soluble phenolic aromatic acid compound extracted from Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. Danshensu is used to treat myocardial infarction by inhibiting myocardial fibrosis, reducing myocardial cell apoptosis, improving myocardial cell metabolism, reducing inflammatory response, alleviating oxidative stress reaction, improving hemorheology, and promoting neovascularization. This article reviews the pharmacological research progress of Danshensu in treatment of myocardial infarction, summarizes its mechanism of action, and provides reference for the clinical application of Danshensu in treatment of myocardial infarction.
