目的 建立UPLC法測定小柴胡顆粒中柴胡皂苷b₁、b₂。方法 使用Acquity UPLC BHE C₁₈色譜柱（100 mm×2.1 mm，1.7μm）；流動(dòng)相：水–乙腈，梯度洗脫；檢測波長：254 nm；體積流量：0.3 mL/min；柱溫：30 ℃；進(jìn)樣量3 μL。結(jié)果 柴胡皂苷b₁、b₂線性范圍分別為0.006～0.374 mg、0.003～0.214 mg，平均回收率分別為98.97%、99.35%，RSD值分別為1.82%、1.16%。結(jié)論 所建立方法準(zhǔn)確、穩(wěn)定，重現(xiàn)性好，可用于小柴胡顆粒的質(zhì)量控制和評(píng)價(jià)。

Objective To develop an UPLC method for determination the saikosaponin b₁ and saikosaponin b₂ in Xiaochaihu Granules .Methods The analysis was applied on Acquity UPLC BHE C₁₈ column (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm). The mobile phase consisted of water and acetonitrile with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm, flow rate was 0.3 mL/min, column temperature was 30 ℃, and volume of injection was 3 μL. Results Saikosaponin b₁ and saikosaponin b₂ showed good linear relationships of 0.006 — 0.374 mg and 0.003 — 0.214 mg, whose average recoveries were 98.97% and 99.35% with RSD values of 1.82% and 1.16%. Conclusion The established method is accurate, stable, and has good reproducibility, and can be used for quality control and evaluation for Xiaochaihu Granules.
