目的 探討滑膜炎片聯(lián)合尼美舒利治療膝關(guān)節(jié)滑膜炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2021年11月—2023年12月廊坊市人民醫(yī)院收治的膝關(guān)節(jié)滑膜炎100例，依據(jù)用藥情況分為對(duì)照組（50例）和治療組（50例）。對(duì)照組患者口服尼美舒利分散片，0.1 g/次，2次/d。在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上，治療組口服滑膜炎片，3片/次，3次/d。兩組治療15 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間，疼痛視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分量表（VAS）、Lysholm膝關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)分量表（LKSS）和生活質(zhì)量健康狀況調(diào)查評(píng)分表（SF-36）評(píng)分，及血清基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-3（MMP-3）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、前列腺素E₂（PGE₂）和白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組臨床總有效率為94.00%，明顯高于對(duì)照組的82.00%（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組患者膝關(guān)節(jié)腫脹、膝關(guān)節(jié)疼痛、膝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)受限等癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間均明顯早于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者LKSS評(píng)分和ST-36評(píng)分明顯高于治療前，而VAS評(píng)分明顯低于治療前（P＜0.05），且治療組患者評(píng)分明顯好于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清IL-1β、MMP-3、PGE₂、TNF-α水平明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組明顯低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 尼美舒利與滑膜炎片協(xié)同治療，能較快的糾正臨床癥狀狀態(tài)，膝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)功能提升明顯，局部炎癥反應(yīng)減弱，生活質(zhì)量顯著增強(qiáng)，且安全有效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huamoyan Tablets combined with nimesulide in treatment of knee synovitis. Methods Patients (100 cases) with knee synovitis in the People’s Hospital of Langfang City from November 2021 to December 2023 were divided into control (50 cases) and treatment (50 cases) group based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were po administered with Nimesulide Dispersible Tablets, 0.1 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huamoyan Tablets on the basis of the control group, 3 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 15 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the symptom relief time, the scores of LKSS, VAS and ST-36, and the levels of serum IL-1β, MMP-3, PGE₂ and TNF-α in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 94.00%, which was significantly higher than 82.00% of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of symptoms such as knee joint swelling, knee joint pain, and limited knee joint movement in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the LKSS score and ST-36 score in two groups were significantly higher than before treatment, while the VAS score was significantly lower than before treatment (P < 0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum IL-1β, MMP-3, TNF-α, and PGE₂ in two groups were significantly reduced (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The synergistic treatment of nimesulide and Huamoyan Tablets can quickly correct clinical symptoms, significantly improve knee joint mobility, which can reduce local inflammatory reactions, significantly enhance quality of life, and is safe and effective.
