橙花叔醇是一種倍半萜類天然產(chǎn)物，具有多種藥理作用，對(duì)神經(jīng)損傷具有良好的保護(hù)特性。橙花叔醇發(fā)揮神經(jīng)保護(hù)作用機(jī)制包括抑制氧化應(yīng)激、抑制炎癥反應(yīng)、改善神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)和抑制細(xì)胞凋亡、調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞色素P450酶活性?？偨Y(jié)了橙花叔醇的神經(jīng)保護(hù)作用機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展，為橙花叔醇在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病治療中的應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù)。

Nerolidol is a natural sesquiterpene product with various pharmacological effects, and has good protective properties against nerve damage. The neuroprotective mechanism of nerolidol includes inhibiting oxidative stress, suppressing inflammatory response, improving neurotransmitters and preventing cell apoptosis, and regulating cytochrome P450 enzyme activity. This article summarizes the research progress on neuroprotective mechanism of nerolidol, providing a theoretical basis for its application in treatment of neurological diseases.
