微管蛋白抑制劑特異性作用于微管蛋白、干擾細(xì)胞有絲分裂、造成細(xì)胞周期停滯,從而誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞凋亡。微管蛋白抑制劑按其結(jié)合部位可分為作用于秋水仙堿位點(diǎn)、長(zhǎng)春花堿位點(diǎn)和紫杉醇位點(diǎn)的抗寄生蟲(chóng)微管蛋白抑制劑。綜述了微管蛋白抑制劑抗寄生蟲(chóng)病的研究進(jìn)展及其作用機(jī)制,旨在對(duì)抗寄生蟲(chóng)藥物的研究提供參考。

Microtubule protein inhibitors specifically act on microtubules, interfere with cell mitosis, cause cell cycle arrest, and induce cell apoptosis. Microtubule protein inhibitors can be classified as antiparasitic microtubule protein inhibitors that act on colchicine sites, vinblastine sites, and paclitaxel sites according to their binding sites. This article reviews the research progress and its mechanism of microtubule protein inhibitors against parasitic diseases, aiming to provide reference for the study of antiparasitic drugs.
