[摘要]
目的 優(yōu)化金銀花浸膏的真空帶式干燥工藝。方法 將單因素試驗(yàn)和響應(yīng)面試驗(yàn)法結(jié)合,確定考察金銀花浸膏的相對(duì)密度、第2段加熱溫度、履帶速率和布料速度4個(gè)影響因素,以金銀花干浸膏的水分和綠原酸轉(zhuǎn)移率的綜合評(píng)分作為考察指標(biāo),對(duì)金銀花浸膏的真空帶式干燥工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果 最優(yōu)化工藝參數(shù)為第2段加熱溫度為90 ℃、浸膏相對(duì)密度為1.27、履帶速率110 mm/min,布料速度為1.6 L/h。結(jié)論 所得工藝耗時(shí)短、效率高,工藝穩(wěn)定,可操作性強(qiáng),為金銀花工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)提供了參考。

[Abstract]
Objective To optimize of vacuum belt drying process for Lonicerae Japonicae Flos extract. Methods Single factor test combined with response surface tests were used. Four influencing factors as relative density of extract, two-stage heating temperature, track speed, and distribution speed were confirmed, and the comprehensive score of moisture content and chlorogenic acid transfer rate was used as the evaluation index to optimize of vacuum belt drying process. Results The optimized process parameters were as following: the two-stage heating temperature was 90 ℃, the relative extract density was 1.27, the track speed was 110 mm/min, and the distribution speed was 1.6 L/h. Conclusion The obtained process has short time consumption, high efficiency, stable process, and strong operability, providing a reference for the industrial production of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos.
