目的 探討穩(wěn)心顆粒聯(lián)合注射用磷酸肌酸鈉治療病毒性心肌炎的臨床療效。方法 選擇北京市仁和醫(yī)院在2022年6月—2024年3月收治的79例病毒性心肌炎患者，按隨機數(shù)字表法將患者分為對照組（40例）和治療組（39例）。對照組靜脈滴注注射用磷酸肌酸鈉，1瓶加入150 mL生理鹽水中在30～45 min內滴注完，1次/d；治療組在對照組基礎上口服穩(wěn)心顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組連續(xù)治療4周。比較兩組患者的總有效率、心功能指標和血清指標。結果 治療組的總有效率為94.87%，對照組的總有效率為80.00%，兩組組間比較差異顯著（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的左心室（LV）-Tei、右心室（RV）-Tei均顯著降低（P＜0.05）；治療組的LV-Tei、RV-Tei比對照組?。?i>P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的血清肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）、高遷移率族蛋白B1（HMGB1）、白細胞介素-37（IL-37）水平均顯著降低，血清adropin水平顯著升高（P＜0.05）；治療組的血清CK-MB、HMGB1、IL-37水平均比對照組小，血清adropin水平比對照組大（P＜0.05）。結論 穩(wěn)心顆粒聯(lián)合注射用磷酸肌酸鈉可提高病毒性心肌炎的臨床療效，改善心功能，減輕心肌炎癥損傷。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Wenxin Granules combined with Creatine Phosphate Sodium for injection in treatment of viral myocarditis. Methods 79 Patients with viral myocarditis admitted to Beijing Renhe Hospital from June 2022 to March 2024 were divided into a control group (40 cases) and a treatment group (39 cases) according to random number table method . Patients in the control group received intravenous infusion of Creatine Phosphate Sodium for injection, adding 1 bottle to 150 mL physiological saline and dripping it within 30 — 45 min, once daily. Patients of the treatment group were po administered with Wenxin Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, 3 times daily. Patients of two groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks. The total effective rate, cardiac function indicators, and serum indicators of two groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group (94.87%) was higher than 80.00% of the control group, and there was a significant difference between the groups (P < 0.05). LV-Tei and RV-Tei of both groups after treatment were smaller than those before treatment (P < 0.05). LV-Tei and RV-Tei of the treatment group after treatment were smaller than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of CK-MB, HMGB1, and IL-37 in both groups were lower than those before treatment, while the serum level of adropin in both groups was higher than those after treatment (P < 0.05). The serum levels of CK-MB, HMGB1, and IL-37 in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group, while the serum level of adropin in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Wenxin Granules and Creatine Phosphate Sodium for injection can improve the efficacy of viral myocarditis, improve heart function, and reduce myocarditis damage.
