目的 探討老年慢性功能性便秘患者使用麻仁丸、雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌膠囊聯(lián)合治療的療效。方法 收集2021年3月—2023年3月無錫市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院73例慢性功能性便秘患者資料，根據(jù)用藥方案不同將患者分為對(duì)照組（36例）和治療組（37例）。對(duì)照組口服雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌膠囊，2粒/次，2次/d。在此基礎(chǔ)上，治療組口服麻仁丸，1丸/次，2次/d。兩組持續(xù)治療4周。比較兩組患者臨床療效、癥狀緩解時(shí)間、生活質(zhì)量、胃腸道功能以及復(fù)發(fā)情況。結(jié)果 治療組的總有效率為94.59%，高于對(duì)照組總有效率69.44%（P＜0.05）。治療組患者腹脹緩解時(shí)間、肛門墜脹感緩解時(shí)間、排便困難緩解時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組國(guó)際便秘生活質(zhì)量量表（PAC-QOL）評(píng)分均降低（P＜0.05），且治療組患者PAC-QOL評(píng)分更低（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清胃泌素（GAS）、促胃動(dòng)素（MTL）、P物質(zhì)（SP）水平均升高（P＜0.05），且治療組血清GAS、MTL、SP水平更高（P＜0.05）。隨訪3個(gè)月時(shí)，治療組復(fù)發(fā)率低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 老年慢性功能性便秘患者使用麻仁丸、雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌聯(lián)合治療可加速癥狀緩解，提高患者胃腸道功能和生活質(zhì)量，降低復(fù)發(fā)率，療效顯著。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Maren Pills combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules in treatment of elderly chronic functional constipation. Methods The data of 73 patients with elderly chronic functional constipation in Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2023 were collected, and the patients were divided into control group (36 cases) and treatment group (37 cases) according to different medication regimens. Patients in the control group took Live Combined Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules orally, 2 capsules/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were given Maren Pills orally, 1 pill/time, 2 times daily on the basis of the control group. Patients in both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The efficacy, symptom relief time, gastrointestinal function, quality of life, as well as recurrence at 3-month follow-up were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.59%, which was higher than 69.44% of the control group (P < 0.05). The relief time of abdominal distension, anal distension, and defecation difficulty in the treatment group was shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, PAC-QOL scores of both groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and PAC-QOL scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of GAS, MTL, and SP in both groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05). The serum levels of GAS, MTL, and SP in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). At the 3-month follow-up, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, with a statistical significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Maren Pills and Live Combined Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules in treatment of elderly chronic functional constipation can accelerate the relief of symptoms, improve the gastrointestinal function and quality of life of patients, reduce the recurrence rate, and have a significant effect.
