目的 探討玫蘆消痤膏聯(lián)合硫酸羥氯喹治療鼻部玫瑰痤瘡患者的臨床療效。方法 選取2022年3月—2024年4月首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京朝陽(yáng)醫(yī)院收治的138例玫瑰痤瘡患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧分析，依據(jù)用藥情況將患者分為對(duì)照組（69例）和治療組（69例）。對(duì)照組口服硫酸羥氯喹片，0.2 g/次，2次/d。在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上，治療組患者涂抹玫蘆消痤膏，3～4次/d。兩組患者治療8周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間，VISIA評(píng)分和痤瘡特異性生活質(zhì)量問(wèn)卷（Acne-QOL）評(píng)分，及β-內(nèi)啡肽（β-EP）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、P物質(zhì)（SP）和腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組臨床總有效率為97.10%，明顯高于對(duì)照組有效率（85.51%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組出現(xiàn)癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間均明顯早于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者VISIA評(píng)分、Acne-QOL評(píng)分比治療前均明顯升高（P＜0.05），且治療組評(píng)分明顯高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者β-EP、IL-6、SP、TNF-α水平比治療前明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組這些血清因子水平明顯低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 玫蘆消痤膏聯(lián)合硫酸羥氯喹治療鼻部玫瑰痤瘡，可加快恢復(fù)面部痤瘡皮損部位，有效減弱機(jī)體炎性反應(yīng)，較好的提升患者生活質(zhì)量。

Objective To explore the treatment effect of Meilu Xiaocuo Ointment combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate in treatment of nasal rosacea. Methods Patients (138 cases) with nasal rosacea in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Capital Medical University from March 2022 to April 2024 were divided into control (69 cases) and treatment (69 cases) group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets, 0.2 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were administered with Meilu Xiaocuo Ointment, 3 — 4 times every day. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the symptom relief time, the scores of VISIA and Acne-QOL, and the levels of β-EP, IL-6, SP and TNF-α in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 97.10%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (85.51%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the time for symptoms to improve in the treatment group was significantly earlier than in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VISIA score and Acne-QOL score in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of β-EP, IL-6, SP, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the levels of these serum factors in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The synergistic treatment of Meilu Xiaocuo Ointment combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate can accelerate the recovery of facial acne lesions, effectively reduce the inflammatory response.
