目的 探討一清片聯(lián)合奧硝唑片治療智齒冠周炎的臨床效果。方法 選取2022年1月—2023年10月安徽醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬口腔醫(yī)院就診的112例智齒冠周炎患者，參考隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分成對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各56例。對(duì)照組給予奧硝唑片治療，1片/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服一清片，4片/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療10 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后視覺(jué)模擬量表（VAS）評(píng)分、口腔健康影響程度量表（OHIP-14）評(píng)分、冠周炎相關(guān)指標(biāo)、齦溝液炎癥因子的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率是96.43%，顯著高于對(duì)照組82.14%（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組VAS和OHIP-14評(píng)分均顯著降低（P＜0.05），同時(shí)治療后治療組評(píng)分減少更顯著（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組牙齦指數(shù)（GI）、菌斑指數(shù)（PLI）、齦溝出血指數(shù)（SBI）評(píng)分顯著降低（P＜0.05）；治療后治療組冠周炎相關(guān)指標(biāo)降低更顯著（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者齦溝液降鈣素原（PCT）和C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）水平明顯降低P＜0.05）；治療后，治療組齦溝液PCT和CRP水平低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 一清片聯(lián)合奧硝唑片治療智齒冠周炎的臨床效果顯著，能減輕患者的疼痛，改善冠周炎相關(guān)癥狀和生活質(zhì)量及抑制炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Yiqing Tablets combined with Ornidazole Tablets in treatment of pericoronitis of wisdom teeth. Methods A total of 112 patients with pericoronitis of wisdom teeth treated in Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 56 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given Ornidazole Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yiqing Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablet/time, three times daily. Both groups were treated for 10 d. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed, and the changes of visual analogue scale (VAS) scores, Oral health Impact Scale (OHIP-14) scores, pericoronitis related indicators and gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.43%, which was significantly higher than that of control group 82.14% (P < 0.05). After treatment, VAS and OHIP-14 scores in both groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of gingival index (GI), plaque index (PLI) and gingival crevicular bleeding index (SBI) were significantly decreased in two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the related indexes of pericoronitis in the treatment group were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in gingival crevicular fluid were significantly decreased in two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of PCT and CRP in gingival crevicular fluid in treatment group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yiqing Tablets combined with ornidazole has significant clinical effect in treatment of pericoronitis of wisdom teeth, and can reduce the pain, improve the symptoms of pericoronitis and the quality of life, which can inhibit the inflammatory response.
