[摘要]
腫瘤多藥耐藥的出現(xiàn)是化療失敗的主要原因之一。甾體皂苷是重樓中主要活性成分,目前已鑒定分離出重樓皂苷I、II、VII、D等。重樓皂苷通過抑制藥物外排、誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞凋亡、抑制細(xì)胞自噬、調(diào)控細(xì)胞周期、調(diào)控相關(guān)信號通路等多途徑、多靶點(diǎn)逆轉(zhuǎn)腫瘤耐藥。綜述了重樓皂苷逆轉(zhuǎn)腫瘤耐藥機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展,為腫瘤耐藥逆轉(zhuǎn)劑的新藥研發(fā)提供參考。

[Abstract]
The emergence of multidrug resistance in tumors is one of the main reasons for chemotherapy failure. Steroid saponins are the main active ingredients in Paridis Rhizoma, and have been isolated and identified as polyphyllin I, II, VII, D, etc. Polyphyllins reverse tumor multidrug resistance through multiple pathways and targets, such as inhibiting drug efflux, inducing cell apoptosis, inhibiting autophagy, regulating cell cycle, and regulating related signaling pathways. This article reviews the research progress on mechanism of polyphyllins reversing tumor multidrug resistance, providing reference for the development of new drugs for reversing tumor multidrug resistance agents.
