目的 探討傷科接骨片聯(lián)合骨化三醇治療女性絕經(jīng)后骨質(zhì)疏松性髖部骨折的臨床療效。方法 選取2021年8月—2023年8月聊城市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院收治的128例女性絕經(jīng)后骨質(zhì)疏松性髖部骨折患者，按隨機數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各64例。對照組口服骨化三醇軟膠囊，1粒/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上溫開水送服傷科接骨片，4片/次，3次/d。兩組療程12周。觀察兩組臨床療效、臨床表現(xiàn)消失時間與骨折臨床愈合時間。比較治療前后兩組各時點（即治療4、8、12周）骨痂骨密度（BMD）值及治療前后血清腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率是95.31%，顯著高于對照組的84.38%（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組疼痛、腫脹、壓痛消失時間與骨折臨床愈合時間均短于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療組患者治療4、8、12周的骨痂BMD值顯著高于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清TNF-α水平均較治療前顯著降低（P＜0.05）；治療后治療組TNF-α水平低于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 傷科接骨片聯(lián)合骨化三醇治療女性絕經(jīng)后骨質(zhì)疏松性髖部骨折具有較好療效，安全性較佳，能有效緩解臨床表現(xiàn)，抑制機體炎性損傷，增加骨痂BMD，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shangke Jiegu Tablets combined with calcitriol in treatment of postmenopausal osteoporotic hip fracture in women. Methods A total of 128 female patients with postmenopausal osteoporotic hip fracture admitted to Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 64 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Calcitriol Soft Capsules, 1 grain/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shangke Jiegu Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The clinical effect, disappearance time of clinical manifestations and healing time of fracture were observed. The values of callus bone mineral density (BMD) at each time point (i.e. 4, 8, 12 weeks) and serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.31%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (84.38%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of pain, swelling and tenderness and the clinical healing time of fracture in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The BMD value of callus in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group at 4, 8, and 12 weeks after treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, serum TNF-α levels in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of TNF-α in treatment group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Shangke Jiegu Tablets combined with calcitriol has good efficacy and safety in treatment of postmenopausal osteoporotic hip fracture in women, and can effectively alleviate clinical manifestations, inhibit inflammatory injury, increase BMD of callus, which is worthy of clinical application.
