目的 探討補中益氣丸聯(lián)合替勃龍治療更年期綜合征的臨床有效性。方法 選取2021年6月—2023年5月在北京核工業(yè)醫(yī)院治療的更年期綜合征患者102例，根據(jù)治療方案的差異將患者分成對照組和治療組，每組各51例。對照組患者口服替勃龍片，2.5 mg/次，1次/d；治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服補中益氣丸，6 g/次，2次/d。兩組患者均進行3個月的治療。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者Kupperman評分、更年期生活質(zhì)量評分量表（MRS）和匹茨堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)量表（PSQI）評分，性激素雌二醇（E₂）、促黃體生成素（LH）和促卵泡刺激素（FSH）水平，及血清促性腺激素釋放激素（GnRH）、β-內(nèi)啡肽（β-EP）和腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組臨床總有效率分別為82.35%和96.08%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者改良Kupperman評分、MRS評分和PSQI評分均明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組評分指標下降程度均顯著優(yōu)于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者E₂和β-EP水平均比治療前明顯升高，而LH、FSH、GnRH和TNF-α水平均顯著降低（P＜0.05），且治療后治療組患者性激素和炎性因子水平均顯著優(yōu)于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 補中益氣丸聯(lián)合替勃龍治療更年期綜合征療效顯著，不僅能夠顯著改善患者更年期癥狀、睡眠質(zhì)量和生活質(zhì)量，同時還能夠促進性激素水平和血清學(xué)指標的恢復(fù)。

Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of Buzhong Yiqi Pills and tibolone in treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods Patients (102 cases) with menopausal syndrome in Beijing Nuclear Industry Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were divided into control and treatment group based on different treatments, and each group had 51 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Tibolone Tablets, 2.5 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Buzhong Yiqi Pills, 6 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the scores of modified Kupperman, MRS and PSQI, the levels of sex hormone E₂, LH and FSH, and the levels of serum GnRH, β-EP and TNF-α in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rates in the control group and the treatment group were 82.35% and 96.08%, respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the modified Kupperman score, MRS score and PSQI score were significantly reduced in two groups (P < 0.05), and the decline of scores in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of E₂ and β-EP in two groups were significantly higher than before treatment, while the levels of LH, FSH, GnRH and TNF-α were significantly lower (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of sex hormones and inflammatory factors in treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Buzhong Yiqi Pills and tibolone has a significant therapeutic effect on menopausal syndrome, which can not only significantly improve menopausal symptoms, sleep quality, and quality of life, but also promote the recovery of sex hormone levels and serological indicators.
