目的 探討金雞膠囊聯(lián)合多西環(huán)素治療慢性子宮內(nèi)膜炎的臨床療效。方法 回顧性分析2022年3月—2024年3月在北京航天總醫(yī)院治療的慢性子宮內(nèi)膜炎患者108例，依據(jù)用藥方式的不同分為對照組和治療組，每組各54例。對照組患者口服鹽酸多西環(huán)素腸溶膠囊，0.1 g/次，2次/d。在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上，治療組口服金雞膠囊，4 粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者用藥28 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀緩解時(shí)間，子宮阻力指數(shù)（RI）、血流指數(shù)（FI）指標(biāo)和子宮內(nèi)膜厚度指標(biāo)，及炎性因子腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、單核細(xì)胞趨化蛋白-1（MCP-1）和白細(xì)胞介素-10（IL-10）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者臨床總有效率為96.30%，明顯高于對照組（79.63%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間均明顯早于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者子宮RI指標(biāo)比治療前明顯降低，而FI、子宮內(nèi)膜厚度指標(biāo)均明顯升高（P＜0.05），且治療后治療組這些指標(biāo)均明顯好于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者TNF-α、IL-1β、MCP-1水平比治療前明顯降低，而IL-10水平明顯升高（P＜0.05），且治療后治療組炎性因子水平明顯好于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 金雞膠囊與多西環(huán)素協(xié)同治療，能使子宮內(nèi)膜的炎性癥狀減輕，并可促進(jìn)子宮血液微循環(huán)有效改善。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jinji Capsules combined with doxycycline in treatment of chronic endometritis. Methods Patients (108 cases) with chronic endometritis in Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were analyzed retrospectively, and they were divided into control and treatment group based on different treatments, and each group had 54 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Doxycycline Hyclate Enteric-Coated Capsules, 0.1 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jinji Capsules, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 28 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the symptom relief time, uterine RI, FI indicators and endometrial thickness indicators, the levels of serological of TNF-α, IL-1β, MCP-1 and IL-10 in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy rate in the treatment group was 96.30%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (79.63%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the symptoms improved time in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, uterine RI indicators in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, while FI and endometrial thickness indicators were significantly higher (P < 0.05), and these indicators in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, and MCP-1 in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, while the level of IL-10 was significantly higher (P < 0.05), and the levels of inflammatory factors in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The synergistic treatment of Jinji Capsules and doxycycline can alleviate inflammatory symptoms of the endometrium, also promote the effective improvement of uterine blood microcirculation.
