目的 探討蒲地藍(lán)消炎口服液聯(lián)合曲安奈德口腔軟膏治療口腔扁平苔蘚的效果。方法 選取2023年7月—2024年6月西安交通大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)院收治的96例口腔扁平苔蘚患者，按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各48例。對(duì)照組給予曲安奈德口腔軟膏，每次擠出1 cm藥膏，均勻輕涂于口腔病損表面，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服蒲地藍(lán)消炎口服液，10 mL/次，3次/d。兩組患者持續(xù)治療28 d。比較兩組患者的臨床療效、疼痛程度、病損面積和血清炎癥指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療組患者的總有效率為95.83%，對(duì)照組患者的總有效率為82.61%，組間比較差異顯著（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的疼痛程度、病損面積均比治療前?。?i>P＜0.05）；治療組的疼痛程度、病損面積比對(duì)照組?。?i>P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的血清白細(xì)胞介素（IL）-12、T-細(xì)胞表達(dá)分泌因子（RANTES）、IL-17水平顯著減?。?i>P＜0.05）；治療組患者的血清IL-12、RANTES、IL-17水平小于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 蒲地藍(lán)消炎口服液聯(lián)合曲安奈德口腔軟膏可提高口腔扁平苔蘚的療效，降低病損面積和疼痛程度，減輕炎癥程度。

Objective To investigate the effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Dental Paste in treatment of oral lichen planus. Methods 96 Patients with oral lichen planus from Hospital of Stomatology Xi'an Jiaotong University were divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table method, with 48 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received Triamcinolone Acetonide Dental Paste, squeezing out 1 cm of ointment each time and applying it evenly and lightly on the surface of the oral lesion, 3 times daily. Based on the control group, patients in the treatment group were po administered with Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid, 10 mL per time, 3 times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 28 d. The clinical efficacy, pain degree, lesion area, and serum inflammatory indicators between two groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.83%, and that in the control group was 82.61%, with significant difference between groups (P < 0.05). The pain degree and lesion area of both groups after treatment were smaller than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the pain degree and lesion area in the treatment group were smaller than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, serum levels of IL-12, RANTES, and IL-17 in both groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and these indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Dental Paste can improve the efficacy of oral lichen planus, significantly reduce the lesion area and pain degree, and reduce the degree of inflammation.
