目的 探討云南白藥膠囊聯(lián)合艾普拉唑鈉治療消化性潰瘍出血的臨床療效。方法 選取2022年5月—2024年4月聊城市第二人民醫(yī)院收治的162例消化性潰瘍出血患者，按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各81例。對照組靜脈滴注給予注射用艾普拉唑鈉，與0.9%氯化鈉溶液按10 mg∶100 mL的比例混合，首次20 mg/次，后續(xù)10 mg/次，1次/d。治療組對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服云南白藥膠囊，2粒/次，3次/d。兩組連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組臨床療效、癥狀緩解時間和禁食時間。比較兩組治療前后癥狀自評量表（SCL-90）評分、簡式抑郁–焦慮–壓力量表（DASS-21）評分、格拉斯哥–布拉奇福德出血評分（GBS）評分、血常規(guī)相關(guān)指標(biāo)[血紅蛋白（Hb）、紅細(xì)胞計數(shù)（RBC）、血細(xì)胞比容（HCT）]及血清C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率是97.53%，顯著高于對照組的88.89%(P<0.05)。治療后，治療組腹痛、黑便、嘔血、心慌、乏力緩解時間和禁食時間均短于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組SCL-90、DASS-21、GBS評分均顯著低于治療前（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組SCL-90、DASS-21、GBS評分低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組Hb、RBC、HCT都高于治療前，而血清CRP水平均顯著下降（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組血常規(guī)相關(guān)指標(biāo)和血清CRP水平改善優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 云南白藥膠囊聯(lián)合艾普拉唑鈉治療消化性潰瘍出血具有較好臨床療效，能有效緩解消化道潰瘍出血及伴隨癥狀，減輕患者病情嚴(yán)重程度及不良情緒，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yunnan Baiyao Capsules combined with eprazole sodium in treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods A total of 162 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding admitted to The Second People’s Hospital of Liaocheng from May 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 81 patients in each group. Patients in control group were iv administered with Eprazole Sodium for injection, mixed with 0.9% sodium chloride solution at the ratio of 10 mg to 100 mL, 20 mg/time for the first time, 10 mg/time for the subsequent time,once daily. Patients in treatment group were po administered with Yunnan Baiyao Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, symptom relief time,and fasting time of two groups was evaluated. Symptom Rating Scale（SCL-90）, simplified depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale（DASS-21）, Glasgow-Blatchford hemorrhage score（GBS）, blood routine related indicators [hemoglobin（Hb）, red blood cell count（RBC）, hematocrit（HCT）] and serum C-reactive protein were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 97.53%, which was significantly higher than that of control group（88.89%, P＜0.05）. After treatment, the relief time of abdominal pain, black stool, hematemesis, palpitation, fatigue and fasting time in treatment group were shorter than those in control group（P＜0.05）. After treatment, SCL-90, DASS-21, and GBS scores in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment（P＜0.05）. After treatment, the scores of SCL-90, DASS-21, and GBS in treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P＜0.05）. After treatment, Hb, RBC, and HCT in both groups were higher than before treatment, but serum CRP levels were significantly decreased（P＜0.05）. After treatment, the improvement of blood routine related indexes and serum CRP level in treatment group was better than that in control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Yunnan Baiyao Capsules combined with eprazole sodium has a good clinical effect in treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding, and can effectively relieve gastrointestinal ulcer bleeding and accompanying symptoms, reduce the severity of patients’ disease and bad mood, which is worthy of clinical application.
