目的 評價抑制胃酸分泌藥的藥物相互作用（DDI）。方法 在MCDEX數據庫藥物相互作用版塊中檢索抑制胃酸分泌藥的DDI，并對其進行歸納分析。結果 28種抑制胃酸分泌藥在MCDEX數據庫中提示存在3 607對DDI，其中禁忌合用、不推薦合用、謹慎合用、關注、可以合用的分別有50、168、2 214、979、196對。H₂受體阻滯劑類抑酸藥DDI最多，其中西咪替丁的DDI達777對。結論 抑制胃酸分泌藥物較易與其他藥物發(fā)生相互作用，主管醫(yī)師和臨床藥師應對其藥物治療方案進行整理和優(yōu)化，避免因DDI引起藥物不良反應或導致療效降低。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the drug-drug interactions（DDI） of anti-gastric acid secretion drugs. Methods The DDI of anti-gastric acid secretion drugs in MCDEX databases’ drug interaction section were selected, the results were analyze and summarized. Results 3 607 Pairs of DDIs were identifined in MCDEX databases involving 28 types of anti-gastric acid secretion drugs, the DDIs that were taboo combination use, not recommended combination use, cautious combination use, pay attention to use, can be used in combination were 50, 168, 2 214, 979, and 196, respectively. The quantities of DDIs in H₂ receptor antagonists was the most. Among them, the DDI of cimetidine reached 777 pairs. Conclusion The anti-gastric acid secretion drugs are more likely to interact with others, chief physician and clinical pharmacists should pay more attention on these patients to avoid the adversr drug reactions during therapy.
