目的 觀察槐榆清熱止血膠囊聯(lián)合地奧司明治療混合痔的臨床療效。方法 回顧性研究2022年6月—2023年7月重慶兩江新區(qū)人民醫(yī)院收治的100例混合痔患者，隨機(jī)數(shù)字法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組50例。對(duì)照組口服地奧司明片，1片/次，每日2次。在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上，治療組口服槐榆清熱止血膠囊，3粒/次，每日3次。兩組治療15 d觀察效果。對(duì)比兩組的療效，比較治療前后兩組患者術(shù)后創(chuàng)面康復(fù)時(shí)間、中性粒細(xì)胞-淋巴細(xì)胞比值（NLR）、視覺(jué)模擬疼痛評(píng)分（VAS）、白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)（WBC）、C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、中性粒細(xì)胞百分比（N%）。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組有效率為98.00%高于對(duì)照組82.00%（P＜0.05）。治療后，與對(duì)照組對(duì)比，治療組術(shù)后的愈合時(shí)間、分泌消失時(shí)間、水腫消失時(shí)間、出血消失時(shí)間均較早（P＜0.05）。治療后，與對(duì)照組對(duì)比，治療組術(shù)后4、7 d疼痛評(píng)分均較低（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組WBC、N%、NLR、CRP水平比治療前明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療后，與對(duì)照組比較，治療組WBC、N%、NLR、CRP水平下降更顯著（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 槐榆清熱止血膠囊與地奧司明協(xié)同治療，可促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面水腫消退，減少術(shù)后創(chuàng)面出血，促使創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間縮短，有效降低術(shù)后疼痛及炎性反應(yīng)。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of t Huaiyu Qingre Zhixue Capsules combined with diosimin in treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods The clinical data of patients (100 cases) with mixed hemorrhoids in People's Hospital of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area from June 2022 to July 2023 were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into control (50 cases) and treatment (50 cases) group by random number method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Diosmin Tables, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huaiyu Qingre Zhixue Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 15 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluations were evaluated, the postoperative wound rehabilitation time, VAS scores, and the inflammatory factors WBC, N%, NLR and CRP levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 98.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (82.00%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the postoperative wound healing time, wound edema time, wound secretion time, and wound bleeding time in the treatment group were earlier than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the pain scores in the treatment group at 4 and 7 days after surgery were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of WBC, N%, NLR, and CRP in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, compared with the control group, the levels of WBC, N%, NLR, and CRP in the treatment group were decreased more significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion The synergistic treatment of Huaiyu Qingre Zhixue Capsules and diosmin can promote the subsidence of traumatic edema, reduce postoperative traumatic hemorrhage, prompt the shortening of traumatic healing time, effectively reduce the postoperative pain and inflammatory reaction.
