目的 探討口腔炎噴霧劑聯(lián)合更昔洛韋分散片治療皰疹性口炎的臨床療效。方法 將2023年1月—2024年12月南京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬口腔醫(yī)院第五門診部收治的104例皰疹性口炎患者作為研究對象，按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為對照組和治療組，各52例。對照組患者隨食物口服更昔洛韋分散片，4片/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上每次向口腔患處噴口腔炎噴霧劑1 mL，3次/d。兩組持續(xù)治療2周。比較兩組的治療療效、癥狀改善時間、黏膜損傷面積和血清指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 對照組的總有效率為82.69%，治療組的總有效率為96.15%，組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療組高熱、皰疹、疼痛、拒食改善時間均短于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的黏膜損傷面積顯著縮?。?i>P＜0.05），治療組的黏膜損傷面積小于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清總蛋白升高，前白蛋白、單純皰疹病毒-免疫球蛋白M（HSV-IgM）降低（P＜0.05）；治療組的血清總蛋白水平高于對照組，血清前白蛋白、HSV-IgM水平低于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 口腔炎噴霧劑聯(lián)合更昔洛韋分散片可提高皰疹性口炎的治療效果，改善臨床癥狀，減輕炎癥反應(yīng)，提高免疫功能。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Kouqiangyan Spray combined with Ganciclovir Dispersible Tablets in treatment of herpetic stomatitis. Methods A total of 104 patients with herpetic stomatitis in The Fifth Outpatient Department of the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School from January 2023 to December 2024 were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method, with 52 cases in each group. Patients in the control group patients were po administered with Ganciclovir Dispersible Tablets with food, 4 tablets/time, 3 times daily. On the basis of the control group, patients in the treatment group sprayed Kouqiangyan Spray to the affected area, 1 mL/time, 3 times daily. Two groups received continuous treatment for 2 weeks. The treatment efficacy, symptom improvement time, mucosal injury area, and serum indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 82.69%, while the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.15%, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The improvement time of high fever, herpes, pain, and food refusal in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the mucosal lesion areas of both groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the mucosal lesion areas of the treatment group were smaller than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of total serum protein in both groups were increased, but serum level of prealbumin and HSV-IgM were decreased (P < 0.05). The serum level of total protein of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, but the serum levels of prealbumin and HSV-IgM were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Kouqiangyan Spray combined with Ganciclovir Dispersible Tablets can improve the therapeutic effect of herpetic stomatitis, improve clinical symptoms, reduce inflammatory reaction, and improve immune function.
